In a fabulous location and elegantly furnished! This brand new and very comfortable, recently renovated apartment is located a few minutes walk from St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums. It is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants and is less than a ten minute walk from the nearest metro station (line A Ottaviano stop). a holiday in style in this space in the centre.

For shopping lovers, Via Cola di Rienzo is one of the main fashion streets in Rome, full of fantastic shops, there is so much to do and see just a stone's throw from home! The Vatican is our neighbor, we are only a few steps from the entrance to the Vatican Museums on one side and from St. Peter's Square with the Basilica on the other, along the way you can stop by to visit the beautiful area of the Borgo with the its ancient cobbled streets. Castel Sant'Angelo is just a few minutes walk away and the exclusive Piazza Navona area starts just on the other side of one of the most beautiful bridges in the world.

Around the apartment in a few meters you will find everything you need for your holiday.A few meters away is a supermarket and right under the house delicatessen food shops and products from all over the world, so shopping is not a problem if you cook at home, but if you wish to eat out, nearby there are a large number of pizzerias, bars, pubs, ice cream parlors and restaurants of all kinds.

The building dates back to the early 19th century like most of the buildings in this Prati - Vaticano district, one of the most beautiful and lively in Rome.

In the bedroom there is a king size double bed and also a sofa bed that turns into two separate single beds. There is also a smart TV. The living room sofa converts into a double bed suitable for two people. So the apartment is ideal for a large family with children but can also accommodate up to 6 adults.

There is an American-style lounge with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and espresso machine.

There is a well-finished bathroom with shower and bidet.

The best way to get around, given the location, is on foot or by metro/bus/tram. For those coming by car, there are paid blue lines in the area (free in the evenings and on holidays), but also numerous paid car parks. Despite being a central area we are outside any restricted traffic zone, so you can always move around freely.

Thanks to the proximity to the Ottaviano Metro Station, many of Rome's iconic places can be easily reached in 15 minutes with the Metro line A of the Metro: Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Via Veneto, the new magnificent Rinascente department store, the Roman Archaeological Museum, Via Nazionale, the Opera, Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni. By changing at Termini on line B you can reach the pretty Monti district, the Colosseum with the archaeological area of the Imperial Forums and the Circus Maximus. The stops of several bus and tram lines are just a few steps away, bus number 23 takes you to Trastevere and bus number 32 to the main entrance of the Olympic stadium.
