In a fabulous position, this brand new and comfortable apartment is located a few minutes walk from St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums. It is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants and is only less than a minute's walk from the nearest metro station (line A stop Ottaviano). a holiday in style in this space in the centre.

The building is from the 19th century, but the interiors were completely restored in September 2023. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor but the new double-glazed windows perfectly soundproof from external noise and large curtains guarantee privacy (the apartment is very bright thanks to the exposure).

In the bedroom there is a king size double bed and also a sofa, which turns into two separate single beds. The living room sofa converts into a double bed suitable for two people. So the apartment is ideal for a large family with children but can also accommodate up to 6 adults.

There is an American-style lounge with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso machine, a sofa bed and a table for 6. There is a large and well-finished bathroom.

The best way to get around, given the location, is on foot or by metro/bus/tram. For those coming by car, there are paid blue lines in the area (free in the evenings and on holidays), but also numerous paid car parks. Despite being a central area we are outside any restricted traffic zone, so you can always move around freely.

The apartment is located in the elegant Rione Prati, built mainly between the 19th and early 20th centuries. There is so much to do and see right on your doorstep! The Vatican is our neighbor, we are only a few steps from the entrance to the Vatican Museums on one side and from St. Peter's Square with the Basilica on the other, along the way you can stop by to visit the beautiful area of the Borgo with the its ancient cobbled streets. Castel Sant'Angelo is just a few minutes walk away and the exclusive Piazza Navona area starts just on the other side of one of the most beautiful bridges in the world.

Around the apartment in a few meters you will find everything you need for your holiday.There are food shops in the area, so shopping is not a problem if you cook at home, but if you want to eat out, nearby there are a large number of pizzerias, bars, pubs, ice cream parlors and restaurants of all kinds.

For shopping lovers, one of the best streets in Rome, Via Cola di Rienzo, full of fantastic shops, is just a two minute walk away… not to be missed!

Thanks to the proximity to the Ottaviano Metro Station, many of Rome's iconic places can be easily reached in 15 minutes with the Metro line A of the Metro: Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Via Veneto, the new magnificent Rinascente department store, the Roman Archaeological Museum, Via Nazionale, the Opera, Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni. By changing at Termini to line B you can reach the pretty Monti district, the Colosseum with the archaeological area of the Imperial Forums and the Circus Maximus. The stops of several bus and tram lines are just a few steps away, bus number 23 takes you to Trastevere and bus number 32 to the main entrance of the Olympic stadium.
